Whether you choose our slower, planet-friendly option or need something a little quicker, we offer flexible delivery choices to suit your needs.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery Options

 

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 working days, £2.95

Express Delivery (DPD Next Working Day): 1–2 working days, £4.95

Free Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days, FREE on orders over £50

Orders placed before 1:00pm (UK time) are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or public holidays will ship the next UK business day.

🌱 Our Climate Commitment

We automatically offset 100% of the carbon emissions associated with every shipment — from our fulfilment centre to your door.

This includes both standard and express options, at no extra cost to you.

🔐 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

If you haven’t received tracking after 48 hours, check your spam folder or contact us at support@wildhue.com.

📦 Important Information

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Items marked as ‘delivered’ but not collected or received

• Missed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels (postage costs are non-refundable in these cases)

• Delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs (if outside UK in future)

🔁 Returns & Refunds

If you’d like to return an item, please review our Refund Policy.

• Returns must be initiated via your customer account

• You are responsible for return shipping costs

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Items must be unused and in resellable condition
