Wild Hue Refund Policy

We hope you love your Wild Hue order — but if you need to return something, please review the terms below before proceeding.
Our products are made in small batches using natural dyes and artisanal techniques, which means we maintain strict return policies to protect quality, sustainability, and fairness for all customers.
🟢 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
• Is unused, unwashed, and in fully resellable condition
• Remains in its original packaging
• Was purchased directly from wildhue.com
• Is submitted through your customer account
🔁 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Visit wildhue.com
2. Click “Account” and log in
3. Select your order and follow the return steps
Returns must be submitted through your account. We cannot process returns sent without prior approval via the portal.
💸 Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This covers inspection, processing, and reconditioning.
📦 Return Shipping
You are responsible for organising and paying for return shipping.
Please follow these steps:
• Use a tracked service to ensure safe delivery
• Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your return
• We do not provide prepaid return labels

🎨 Natural Variation Policy
All Wild Hue products are individually hand-dyed using botanical and mineral-based dyes. Slight variations in colour or pattern are normal and not considered faults.
Returns based on these characteristics will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Damaged or used items
• Custom-dyed or made-to-order items
• Gift cards
Any item that does not meet these return conditions will be rejected.
💰 Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
🎁 Gift Returns
If you received a Wild Hue item as a gift and it meets the return criteria, we can offer store credit or assist with a return, subject to confirmation from the original purchaser.
